This is a educational video which looks at the pioneers of animation and the advancements in its techniques and styles. Overall I am proud of this project as it has taught me a large amount of things, and I believe that it is at-least half decent. There is still a huge amount of things that could be improved - and I will keep these in mind for the next project I undertake.

For this project I had to conduct research on animation - the core techniques, the pioneers, and how it is applied in the present day. I then compiled this information into a script, from which I recorded a voice-over. I then gathered, and in some cases created, the visual assets for the project. 

In Adobe Premiere Pro, I pieced all of these assets together in order to create a coherent narrative with good pacing, so that a viewer's interest is not lost. A large amount of the work was using key-frames in order to animate and manipulate images and text. Doing this made for a much more engaging experience.  

An issue with this project is that a lot of the visual assets, especially initially, is from a time where technology captured images at much lower resolutions. This meant that they appeared quite small. I tried to negate this by simply enlarging them, however this only made it worse. Their low resolutions meant that when enlarged they became blurred to the point it is hard to make out what you are looking at. I should have simply left them at their initial resolutions, which would have been discernible. This is something I will keep in mind for future projects.
